Where Do You Ship?

We can ship to any country worldwide. Shipping to international countries may be expensive. Also, you are responsible for paying any and all import taxes in your country.

How Long Does It Take to Ship My Order?

Shipping time varies depending on your location. Please check individual product pages for the most accurate shipping estimates.

We ship our products from warehouses around the world and our process is to ship to your location from the closest warehouse. Please note that we are relying on third party shipping companies to ship orders and as such cannot control their actions. That being said, we use only the best and most reliable shipping companies and will make sure that you receive your order in a timely manner undamaged.

How Can I Track My Package?

What if I’m Not Home When My Order Is Delivered?

Your package will be left outside your door or the shipping carrier may attempt to redeliver at a later date. By signing up to receive order updates via email or text message you can be kept up to date of the status of your order and reschedule a different shipping date.


What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit, debit and prepaid cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We process all payments through Stripe and Amazon Payments.

Yes, we accept returns within 90 days of purchase.

Can I Exchange an Item?

Yes, you can exchange your item for another item of equal value. If you want to exchange for an item of different value, we can refund you the difference or you can pay the difference as needed.

Are Returns Free?

If you are returning an item because of a defect or incorrect sizing, we will pay for the return shipping. If you are returning an item because you don’t want it any more, we will charge you return shipping.
